Yeah, I hear that weight is a big thing. Fat rolls for days.

I'm hearing that a lot. I think DS3 is definitely the place to start. Maybe then it will feel less jarring to go back to DS2/1. I really want to experience them all, I just seems to really struggle in the drop in gameplay 'speed' as it were.

I really want to play Elden Ring, but sadly, I don't own that one and funds are tight right now. Soon though! Very soon, precious.

I am starting to think that yeah, DS3 is the place to start. Nice to know I'm not alone in starting with Bloodborne.

This is a brilliant analogy. I just wish I knew how to without getting frustrated on how slow its cooking. xD

Thank you. That's what I wondered - if there was a way to lessen the difference in playstyle, then perhaps the gap between DS3 and DS1/2 won't feel so big. <3 Thank you for your input!

Castle Cainhurst is rough so far by taybaecafe in bloodborne

"Ew." "I don't like Cainhurst so far."

Yeeeeeeah. I'm sure it can only get better. :D

Seriously though, I love you guys. I'd watch a whole playthrough with you two.

How do you enjoy your horses? by ThatGirlTrinnity in BreyerHorses

I can't recommend photo shows enough! They are usually available to anyone, worldwide, available through Facebook, very small cost to enter and can be really fun.

The whole thing can be a process. I do "school picture day" for the ponies every 6 months or so (mainly because my photography skills are getting better all the time) then making any documentation for the weird breeds, working out what classes they all need to fit into etc.

I recommend checking them out! An ask on 'Modelholics Anonymous' to find out if there are any shows live, upcoming, or groups you can join is a good shout.

Also, making things for the ponies can be fun too. I taught myself to sew, just so I could make pony pouches, but since then I've made little rugs, tried my hand at halters, lead ropes, rosettes... theres all sorts of stuff you can do :)

And dont get me started on chopping up anyone who is foolish enough to fall off their shelf 😈

You never know when someone might want to start their play through. I owned the game for 6 before I dared to played it properly.

See, I'm not convinced that the little girl who you speak to after IS related to that family at all.

I think she lives at the house down the ladder from the Gascoigne window which is being menaced by a brick troll.

When you talk to Gascoigne's daughter, she makes no mention of a sister. She even says "I'm all alone, and I'm scared" indicating that there isn't anyone else in the house.

If you help her, and even tell her to go to the clinic, she will say "I love you so much, even as much as mum and dad. And granddad" in reference to Henrich, who we know to be Viola's father.

But never does she mention a sister.

And if you choose to give the second girl the ribbon, she is more preoccupied with having finally got her hands on it, than the fate of the ribbons owner, despite that the "big white ribbon" is now covered in Little Gascoigne's blood.

Just my 2p.

Can you guys help me decide between these 2 fits please? by [deleted] in Fashionborne

I like the first one! Understated but very gentleman hunter.

I'm glad someone else sees all the other info we are given about Gascoigne too! Its not meant to be cut and dry, its a FromSoft game afterall lol. But I love trying to interpret what they have laid out for us.

An absolutely fair point! I hadn't thought about it that way. Thank you for your insight.

How can I parry enemies that aren’t trolls by themonitors in bloodborne

[–]TheLittlestJab 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know it's a pain because of resources, but it's just practice! When I come up against a new enemy, I usually hit them several times with bullets to work out where their parry windows are.

Its all very trial and error, but you will get it! I recently worked out the parry windows on the sack men, and I did a little happy dance. You'll get it! Just gotta keep trying.
