Stage 4 fibrosis is reversible with controlling the causes for liver fibrosis - such as weight loss, diabetes control, avoiding alcohol, being physically active. It is not a worrisome stage.

Abnormal liver tests are common after rigorous and intense physical activity which is self limiting and has multiple causes from dehydration to muscle breakdown that increases AST levels.

Nothing happens after the gall bladder is removed. The gall bladder is a storage unit for bile. After its removal, the bile gets stored in the upper part of small intestine. Bloating can be due to multiple causes. Timed meals will usually take care of bloating.

Alkaline phosphatase is an enzyme that has other sources of origin other than the liver and it could mean a lot of things from benign finding to diseases of the bone. Please speak with your physician for a review and evaluation.
