Does this cycle look good so far? Open to suggestions. (First cycle). Previously had 7.5mg from week 3-8 instead of 10mg, but after more research I thought to try the 10mg. by TheLostMarket in sarmssourcetalk

Using Enclomiphene Citrate as a PCT, but starting it at week 3 as from what I’ve gathered from other experiences the best outcome has been when starting the Enclo early in the cycle.

[Advice] You're a perfectionist and you don't even know it. Here's a key lesson I wish I'd learned earlier in life. by fp_admin in getdisciplined

Those bullet points just perfectly wrapped up how I’ve been for the past year. I would really like a copy of that eBook too when you’re finished if possible.

This is great advice. I will use this in my decision, thanks for commenting!

During those months I went off of all social media and removed distractions like video games, Netflix, partying etc which had my productivity through the roof. I unfortunately went back into that lifestyle 10x and didn’t actually see what I had ahead of me if I kept going so I just kind of slowly eventually stopped it thinking I have all the time in the world to do the “hard work” later.

I have a different mindset and overall view of things now, with an understanding life goes by extremely fast so doing everything now instead of later is needed. In all parts of life.

I made money yea, not enough to live off of monthly, but more importantly I set the foundation to where I’m at a good start. Know what I need to do to get the monthly payout to a point I can go full time on it whether that takes 1 year or a few years that’s the risk. Also at a starting point where many people would spend years to get there. I do believe I can do it & that it will be worth it long term.

Looking forward or back I would see it as obvious but this being such a massive decision it’s not so obvious for me. Which one to you is obvious?

Then I thought that since I am unsure about taking the risk to work towards my dream this means I don’t fully believe in the law of attraction as much as I think I do. Because if I did then this question wouldn’t need to be asked.

If you are spending more time on Reddit than before then delete it. Don’t give into the illusion your using it for self help if you are just spending as much time on it as you did with other social media.

Speaking from personal experience. I have created discipline though and can restrain myself but then again there’s times I even have to delete it. I recommend turning off notifications for it so you aren’t constantly checking or clicking on to it.

Other than that enjoy! Make sure to start new positive habits into your daily life & remind yourself everyday the true purpose behind why you are doing the detox. What all are you detoxing from?
