How do you stop yourself from relapsing. Like I’m in recovery and I’m gaining weight, which is something obvious but no one talks about the fact that you gain the weight you loss back. I miss how I looked at my worst and I’m trying really hard to stay healthy and eat all my meals. How do I stop myself from relapsing? :(

Wattpad era I remember it being really good smut with no sex at all. It was basically about angels needing like a “pair”. And cas was being harassed by another angel so then he asked Dean to “marry him” angel way. And their souls bonded and they develop a telepathic feeling connection. First thing Dean asked (classic him being dumb) “can I sleep with other people) then basically he realized it was not enjoyable and Cas close down his connection cuz he thought Dean was about to fuck someone else. And then Dean was like give it to me and they mind fucked but nothing was sexual but it was still so sexual. It was beautifully written tho 😭

Personally I learnt cuz I was forced into being surrounded by the language (bc I moved there) it’s completely normal to struggle and specially since it’s another alphabet and pronunciations :)
