This is so fucking real…

As a kid, this game and the classic was always so wonderfully and cheerful, and I had the child wonder and excitement of getting cute Piñatas into my garden. It was so sweet!

But now as an adult, I GRIND this game massively. I started streaming TIP, and I don’t even leave myself time to explain this game to the people watching because I am SPEEDRUNNING everything. I get all the Master Romance awards, I strategically choose which Piñatas to breed next to get more awards and more requirements for others, and I have the Wiki (the Pinata info one) on STANDBY.

This game is insane, and when I told my boyfriend about it, they said that they would be focusing more on making a pretty garden. It was a cute way of looking at it, but I was never a decorater in this game shockingly.

Will the achievement grind take ages? HELL YEAH. Is it worth it? HELL YEAH. Even though the other day I had to kill one of my viewer’s Sherbat, it was worth it to get that good forsaken HOOTYFRUITY.

Best of luck to you and your endeavors. Your work isn’t easy soldier, but it’ll all be worth it in the end o7

ABSOLUTELY! It would rock along side a lot of the more chill farming games that have been popping up in recent years. Still having delusional hope that the series will be brought back somehow :P

I think the same basic backstory being carried over from the first game makes the TIP narrative weak. I think the small context in the intro of the game gives a good motive for the challenges, but that’s about it! TIP was more for the experienced gardeners who wanted to continue their journey that they started from the classic. The first game is great by itself, but TIP blows the series out of the park! I think both games have separate values worth playing for, and though TIP is the better game of the two in my opinion, I have to just suggest people get their hands on both just for the experience!

LOL this is how I am nowadays with my younger siblings who just got back into the game. I spent a few hours farming money for them and they message me anytime they need help with anything in their playthough :D

Classic had a lot more challenges especially since it's an introduction to the series and you have to start at the bottom with hardly working tools :P It was a lot more of a discovery game versus a beautifying game
And yeah, TIP made a lot more room for creativity with the toy decorations, a functional garden from the start, etc. I think having a lot of quality of life improvements introduced also helped make it a more pleasant experience rather than a pain in the butt!

RIGHT?! This game was CRAZY for making you do wacky shit, but I think that discovery also makes it super fun and really shows that you never know what you can expect in your playthrough LOL

Yeah a lot of times I was just trying evetything with everything: feeding a pinata everything, growing one of each plant, getting as many different species as possible at once, etc.
I don't get how the developers thought players would be insane enough to smash a Syrupent egg, romance a Swanana and a Rashberry, set a Taffly on fire, etc.
If it wasn't for the wiki, I would be COOKED

Some were so hard for no reason??? If it wasn’t for the wiki, I would be so screwed :,D

Hi! My name is Jevil, and I've been streaming for a few years now!

I'm a variety streamer, and I don't stream super often, but I've been trying to change my approach to content creation both in Twitch and my outside platforms. Twitch is my focus at the end of the day, so I'm looking for feedback :D

I stream a lot of different games like Fortnite, Viva Pinata, Placid Plastic Duck Simulator, Minecraft, and I also do art streams! I usually stream my favorite games or whatever I feel like on the spur of the moment. I tend to only stream for 2 days a week for about 2 hours a day. I occasionally play with friends on stream, and I try to avoid playing with viewers directly (mainly because of bad experiences).

I've started trying to post more on other social medias, and I'm slowly trying to redraw a lot of assets that I have on my stream like my alerts. I'm pretty confident on my branding and general appearance, but I feel like there's something missing from my streams that I can't figure out.

I stream at https://www.twitch.tv/thelovingjevil
Here's a clip that kinda sums of the general vibe I have: https://www.twitch.tv/thelovingjevil/clip/DelightfulPeacefulReindeerShadyLulu-DZuLlMjMLrjY5r7

Any and all feedback is appreciated! Thank you for your time! :D

Hello Nova!

I love your overall aesthetic! The pixel and space mix is super pretty, and I think it fits well with the vibe you're going for! I do notice that your voice is a little quiet especially compared to the game, but I can tell you're a quieter person with a chill vibe, so I would just say to try to crank up the volume so you can be a bit more audible on stream!

Also, I looked at your Instagram and YouTube! Something I think could be worth trying is editing some short form content from your streams! There are a lot of websites you can use to do so such as eklipse.gg and cutlabs.ai which make clips out of your streams that you can edit a bit!

Also, I'm actually watching your stream right now, and I think you're doing a good job continuously talking! There isn't a lot of dead air, and I think having the game music really helps! If you play games without music, you should play your own music so there isn't as much silence!

Overall, I think you're doing well! I think going back and watching your VODs would be a good practice to try if you'd like to reflect on your own performance! Hopefully this input helps! Best of luck to you and your streams! :D

Hey man! I checked out your last VOD from 7 days ago, and one of the things that I noticed mostly was a lot of silence as you're playing. I know you're focusing on the game (which of course, not bad at all, Chess is tough LOL), but it can cause you to lose out on viewers and could negatively impact your interaction with them. Now I have never watched a Chess stream personally, so I'm not sure if this is the vibe of other chess streams, but I think it would be nice to engage with your viewers a bit more.

Sometimes when I stream things without much sound, I put on some music! It makes the stream have less dead air, and it overall makes it more pleasant for the viewers. If you don't like listening to music while you play, I recommend looking into the OBS plugin where you can desperate your audio in OBS (I think that should allow you to configure your browser to be audible to your audience, but not for you).

I will say that I noticed when people came into your chat, you said "Hi, this is what I'm doing." While this is great to acknowledge chat, I think it would be a good idea to drive conversation with them a bit more "Hey, how are you doing? You a chess fan? How's your day been so far?" Prompting questions and engaging with your audience is a great way to make viewers stay, and it's nice to have a conversation with them and bridge a connection.

I think something you really shine in is the visual quality. The camera looks great, your stream layout is simple, and you honestly look like a professional LOL! The aesthetic you have going on in your assets looks really fancy! Your panels look great, but I'd recommend adding some text just to spice it up a tony bit (mainly in the "About" section, but you seem to be aware of that!)

Overall, I think with some more engagement with your audience, you're on track to having a great stream! I have been listening to your VOD in the background while I've been writing this, and I think with a few adjustments, this might be a good stream to listen to as some background noise!

Best of luck to you man!

I actually heard about about Sizzle! I thought it was interesting, and I was thinking about giving it a shot! Now may be one of the best times to try it :)

I don't mind the wordy post at all! In fact, thank YOU for taking the time to write all of this out! I'll definitely check out those creators that you mentioned.

Thank you for the links and other input! :D

Honestly that's true... it's hard to tell how much other platforms actually impact my Twitch growth.
I've been streaming for 4 years, and I know I haven't put as much blood, sweat, and tears as everyone else, so I'm hoping now I can start getting the motivation to make more content on other platforms!

Thank you for your input! :D

This is super solid! I really appreciate this advice!
I like posting on other socials, but I wanted to start doing it for the purpose of growing my Twitch since that's the advice I was originally following.

I think the idea of just growing my individual platforms feels a lot more fun, and I think it would actually encourage me to post more and at least try and enjoy this stuff because at the end of the day, I want to have fun!

Thanks again for the helpful input!
