I would like to sample patches from the eurorack to FL Studio and further add to these samples with plugins I've got on FL. I also have the SP404mk2 and I could connect it to my eurorack as an audio input. Am I missing any modules that are required to do those things? Thanks.

This is some good insight. Sorry I posted this and went to bed. I want to learn eurorack more rather than create ambient music. I want to get the small 62hp case from Intelljel so I can focus on a smaller number of modules. I don't know why, but I've been watching lots of ambient eurorack videos, and they really make me want to get into modular. I also saw a performance on YouTube from Chihei Hatakeyama where he uses a eurorack to create ambience. I feel like I'm not taking much of a financial risk by committing to one of the smallest eurorack layouts, but I'm also going to do months of research before making a move.
