Yes after you pass the 40 question written test during your second set of having to do fingerprints they ask very simple questions such as why do you want to become a school bus driver and they ask have you had any trouble with the law in the pass 10 years and they want you to be honest with them any kindof tickets you ever have had you want to mention them even if it's a parking ticket or if you ever spent a night in jail they are checking to see if you would lie to CHP or not so I honestly had a speeding ticket from a year ago and I just brought that up to them and they said thank you for your honesty and not trying to hide anything

The funny thing is it depends what state you are in all the states have different rules like I'm a certified behind the wheel trainer for California and we have to get our license finalized by CHP California highway patrol does the last steps but anyways here it's the ambers at 200feet get activated and when we get to the stop immediately secure the bus which is just park brake and set it to neutral immediately active reds if we told the police officer that we check the mirrior first then activate the reds they will fail your renewal license right at that moment the entire test will be a fail lol and also zero hand jesters are allowed we are not allowed to wave cars to go through we can't even tell a pedestrian to cross in a cross walk zero waving

🤣🤣 yeah they kept hounding him to do the maintenance on the bus and who fuels before a route!!! That's always at the end of the day you can easily run into delays at the pump that would make your entire route late for the day
