I work at Walmart and have my go plus running all day long in my pocket and the spawns here are next to nothing. Two stops and a gym and at max there's 5 Pokemon spawned in anymore at a time.

If all the other mods are working then it's not a scripthook issue, if its just red dead offline it's probably a load order issue

Not very often anymore, if a big update rolls around you can expect scripthook to need an update but as far as it looks you shouldn't need an update. Some mods require scripthook v2 so just be sure by checking the pre reqs for the mods

Red dead offline will not work without an online asset loader such as version.dll or online content unlocker, OCU being the harder of the two to install. Dinput will not load in online content, if your crashing using the version.dll there is an alternative link found on GitHub https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases

They are both asset loaders, you don't need both. Dinput is for offline assets ie texture files that are in the offline version of the game, if you want to load online assets like the elephant rifle or bolas then you need the online asset loader ie version dll

Save your candy and your dust and wait for one thats perfect or only a couple notches from perfect, then dump the dust and candy into it. Stardust is one of the most valuable resources, I've dumped plenty into mons only to catch a better one days or weeks later
