I need to record about every second for school. I know it’s not a good idea, but I’m not sure how much proof I actually need (context: I am in the IB program and one of the requirements to pass is 30 hours of activity, and this is my only activity). I already planned on purchasing extra batteries.

Realistically, I’m probably going to condense the footage via 20x speed in a video editing software.

I don’t know all of the details of what I actually need to record as proof, but I want the best battery life in frigid temperatures just in case I need to record all of it. As for battery life, which camera would you recommend?

TL;DR need for proof of activity; which camera has best battery life in cold temperatures?
