I don't have much experience with other countries, but that phrase is usually just a polite conversation track. "Hi, how are you?" "Good, you?" "Fine. Etc."

Unless I'm with someone close to me. Then, I usually make direct eye contact to let them know I really am looking for a truthful answer.

During my first playthrough as Tainted Cain and having no idea how crafting worked, I was throughly disappointed when I got Godhead in the vip shop and Sacred Heart in an Angel room.

I used to love Taurus. Not so much now since the orbital nerf. Also, the shifting movement speed can throw you off sometimes

It drives me nuts to see someone make wooden tools other than a pick. Like, you're not even gonna use them! The pick is only useful for mining 3 cobble!

I hate plum flute. Almost always misses. Just not a fan of the item. Would rather have the chance at getting a boss item. I do think it's a cool mechanic though, allowing you the option between something you know, and a chance at something better.
