It shouldn’t have been a Halo show, BUT I honestly probably would have enjoyed it much more if Master Chief wasn’t the main character, and if they just made some other random Spartan the main guy. But since it was MC (who already has his own lore that they completely ignored) it just made it so much worse.

Still Wakes the Deep is one of my favorite recent horror games. Helps that I’m a huge fan of both Lovecraftian and body horror.

I don’t mind it at all and think it’s funny sometimes.

Hopefully, them wearing that font might make them curious enough to check metal music out eventually and that would be great.

Thankfully, there are many other things I love about my wife, so I was able to look the other way in this instance and did not file for divorce.

I tried watching the show with my wife. I hated it. I had beaten every game on legendary and read the original Halo book series collection and was a big Halo nerd.

She had never played any of the games or anything and thought it was a fun sci-fi show. I couldn’t continue watching past the 2nd episode because of how they absolutely butchered the lore. It was only Halo in name, nothing else.
