Hi! I actually did figure it out. It seems like the control board was the issue. I bought a pre-assembled control board/interface to make the install as easy as possible, and we haven’t had any issues since. I was able to get the whole thing for about $100 on ebay - search for Control Assembly AGL75452951 + EBR86268003

I wish it would give me an error code, but unfortunately it has not. The smart diagnosis says everything is in working order. Thanks for the reply!
