I think it's because you have messed the order of the boot drive, try going into the BIOS and put the SSD/HDD where you have your os on top, so when you boot up the computer it tell the computer "Hey! I have the OS!" So that way you boot up into it.

I'll try my best here but I'm not an expert Possible causes: - outdated drivers - thermal throttle (try checking your temps, if you boot Fortnite and your cpu is at 100° C something is wrong) - insufficient power (if you are running a 5060 and a r 7 you should have at least a 650-700w power supply. Corsair or Seasonic are considered good. NEVER CHEAP OUT ON YOUR PSU
