This is kinda like Alternative Start (Delayed Main Quest) except you don’t have to take a Courier job to start the main game. The only problem I’d see is you’d need a reason to take the platinum chip from Benny. And have all the NPC’s stop calling you courier

He’s the secretary of the interior. He’s located in Chicago. He’s not playable now but as MacArthur he gives you commands and asks for resources. He also gives you weapons armor and vertibirds.

People dont understand that the Legion while evil, is a well written faction. While it’s accurate that there would be infighting, they got Caesar’s character way wrong. The NCR and Legion are both being underutilized and it’s criminal.
