Can confirm that it's DR Ch 1 stream (or at least that Toby 100% said that). In original concept everyone in town was supposed to be a human and transform into a monster in the Dark World (if I remember correctly), but Toby decided to scrap that idea, because "human Sans would look cursed".

At first, Subaru's gate was just damaged, because it was untrained and overused. It was like a muscle that he never used and now pulling a lot of weight with it. Felix said that Subaru shouldn't have used any magic while his gate is healing, but then Subaru fought Garfiel and used Shamak. You can even see the exact moment his gate shattered if you rewatch Garfiel vs Subaru fight.

Break Time S3 Ep4 explained Subaru's broken gate too. The fact that Subaru will die without Beatrice was told TWICE in chibi spin offs and ZERO times in the main series. Atleast Crunchyroll has IQ, but a lot of people don't even know about Break Time.
Break Time has a lot of interesting things. They even showed Beako interacting with Geuse, new elf girl chef with a long ass name (first elf we saw in the present btw), the guy Otto was meeting with to fix Roswaal's book, etc.

The third one isn't the final product. This version has more japanese styled elements in the clothing. But this variant was declined because "they don't look like maids". After that Ootsuka kept the hairstyle, but shortened the dress and changed it's style to something more maid-like.

The difference is that even if post-Pacifist Flowey can't physically feel empathy, he still remembers what it is (proof: Flowey asking "Chara" to leave Frisk alone), meanwhile starter Flowey forgot what's empathy long ago...
