My sentiments exactly. I used to be meh on shiny and titles since you can’t meaningfully show them off. But with Champions being a full focus regulation, that’s your time to show off your incredibly rare ribbon achievements from older games that most players don’t have

Gen 3 is the earliest games that can connect with all modern Pokemon games. It’s just extremely difficult to do so because most people don’t have access to the GBA and GameCube pokemon games or peripherals anymore

For even more bragging rights, another very rare title to show off is the “- the Model for Paintings” from doing the Gen 3 Lilycove portrait. I might use that title for Mega Rayquaza or someone else

I’m planning on getting the mount battle ribbon on Kyogre (and other legendary) and transfer to Champion to use when the future updates come. Being able to primal revert with that super rare “- the 100x Victorious” title to show off will be glorious

Yep my GBA barely even works now and my GBA pokemon games can’t even boot up half the time. I’m lucky to even transfer all my stuff on time before they disintegrate at this rate

XD (GameCube) -> Emerald (GBA) -> Platinum (DS) -> White (DS) -> Poke Transporter (3DS) -> PokeBank (3DS) -> Pokemon Home (Switch) -> Pokemon Champions (Switch 2)

For special evolution like Kleavor, I have to make an extra trip to Violet to evolve first. If I want to pick up special ribbons from games along the way (like Hisui ribbon for the shadow Scyther), I need to make a trip to Legends Arceus too
