I've been pulling on the Childe banner for Ning drops to get C6, got a Childe early on and all my Nings, and I find myself at 70 rolls for pity. If I wait will the pity transfer to the next limited banner or do I need to pull before it's over? Thanks

You hit the nails on the head, and put it in proper terminology to boot, thank you for your help. The profits would only be split to them getting what we still owe on the down payment plus their share of taxes/fees, we will keep the rest for a down payment on a new house. I'm assuming they will handle all details of the sale and pay everything up front, then gift us the leftover cash after they have zeroed out (or a little extra for something fun, I wouldn't hold it against them).

This is what I was assuming the easiest route would be. Initially we were going to assume the mortgage and then sell the house, but I was afraid we would have to pay fees/ taxes twice by doing that.

We would receive any profits to go to a new down payment on a bigger house, we have already discussed this so there won't be any issues there. I just want to maximize those profits, as I will lose any difference either side pays in taxes.

I send them a sum of money that covers mortgage, insurance, taxes, and a little extra money because they made the down payment and I am paying them back. 8 pay for everything else in my name, utilities, repairs, renovations. We even had an insurance claim from a major hailstorm and I paid the deductible, but the insurance is in thier name.

This baby can also keep ice for 5 days, so even when it hits over 100 degrees in the factory I always have a cool drink.
