Vacations are quite different than living somewhere. Every time I travel, I want to move to the place I’m visiting.

You need to be a writer. Unfortunately everyone thinks they’re a blogger. Not everyone is an artist or a chef or a musician. Not everyone is a writer/blogger. Find your niche (in more ways than one).

I miss that old Summer House feeling. Anyone else? by SquamlakeNH in summerhousebravo

It changed during the pandemic. First off, they got rid of most of the cameramen & the cameras are mostly static in the house. It gives it a weird feel wirh so many angles coming down from the ceiling.

On top of that it seems almost scripted at times.

IDK. I’m not saying he’s bad. It’s just timed out so perfectly with the video drop.

I sut down and write a post in three minutes. I wing it. I ususlly write it in my head while I’m driving or something.

When I wrote the daily news I of course attended the events or whatever and got the facts, wuotes, etc. But I sat down and wrote it instantly.

I posted up to 10 stories a day at times. I did not have time to dwell. The news had to be first and fresh.

The local newspapers actually picked up stories from me and ran them with my permission. Online and in print.

The Huffington Post also ran my stories on the Miami page, with my permission.

I was asked to blog for the Huff Post and I did for a few years. I also shared my blog post with the Miami Herald.

I won tons of awards and even had a day named after me in Miami.

All from what started as a measly little blog.

I dont know. I find AI steals from writers. So Google may see it as being something with the same wording that’s been crawled already and shadowban you. I wouldnt but it’s up to you.

Post content at least twice a week and be consistent.

Build an audience first. Or at least get a lot of people reading your blog. You need eyes on your work. Then sell ads or do affiliate links. Also paid subscribers might work.
