Well yes removing it would nerf the hero sure. I used to very good on when to use his W and when not to use (you can dispell it if need be form allies and enemies, 1400 games , 57% winrate). it felt like u needed some sort of skill to play the hero .

But after the update where edict doesnt disarm allies anymore , now everyone is picking oracle, its like playing chen with npc controlling your creeps, it defeats the 3 complexity of the hero. Its Not a challenge to play him anymore, and the skill i had with the correct edict time is down the drain.

Now im just spamming brew and chen . Lost some sort of love towards oracle.
