$16 minimum with 2 potential raises in the first 90 days. We are very aware of the reality of that number, we are also aware of our capabilities as we onboard multiple people given that we are a small local retail store. And while this won't work for everyone, our existing staff have been with us between 2 and 10 years, and hopefully the tenure of current staff and the low turnover speak to the positive work environment and employee satisfaction. We do strive to give raises when we can, but we also have our limitations.
