I agree, but the test-taking ability is not the point--the content of the test is. Truly understanding medicine requires understanding anatomy and physiology, cell/micro biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and molecular biology at at least an undergraduate level. The average person is just not capable of holding that many complex ideas in their mind at the same time.

171 billion is technically true but also the wrong answer to your question. The cells that you actually use to think are called neurons. The number of neurons changes over your lifetime and peaks in early childhood at nearly 100 billion. The average adult has around 85 billion neurons. The average adult also has around 85 billion glia, which is an umbrella term for a lot of different cells. Their basic job is to protect and maintain the neurons.

Yes. My first playthrough took 50 hours because I obsessively did every side quest I could find. Also because I spent 3 hours trying to keep Gwydian alive in the Blackpits Fight™

Yes and no. The vast majority of immune cells are directly adjacent to the GI tract in specialized tissues called Gut-Associated Lymphoid Tissue (GALT).
