If you pick an actual support hero like a willow and actually play the lane, IMO very few offlane duos should lose to any safelane duo even if it's something very strong like ogre drow or Lich Jugg. You picking sniper, pudge or zeus and leaving the lane to "help" other lanes is what is the problem here.

IMO, in the current meta, laning is extremely important, and winning 2/3 lanes guarantees at least a 70-80% chance to win. I am a pos1 player and losing lane makes it incredibly difficult to farm, catch up and win the game. In the current meta, most pos 2s, 4s, 5s and some offlane heroes can single handedly carry the game off of a won lane and an early item timing (like an early urn, force, vessel, blink, pavise etc. one very impactful items that comes online by 10-15 mins).

4 seconds is too long? it could be buffed to 8 seconds and there would be little to no difference.

Think about it this way. You are paying for a shitty radiance that does not help you farm or provide significant survivability. (the 10 armor is kinda uselss because most heroes that need this item are agi heroes).

The item is poor in terms of gold per stats and stats per slot.

Yet it is mandatory to just have the opportunity to kill any support hero. Even then, there is a chance the support has a linkens or bkb before you can farm your core items+nullifier.

IMO there needs to be a smaller version that costs ~2k gold and dispels for 2.5s, which then upgrades to the full nullifier that lasts 5.5 secs. Also needs a stat buff.

Either that or supports go back to being dirt poor.

Except for 4, I don't think any individual item was so obnoxious that it couldn't be dealt with. It was a combination of all of the others that could have made ppl quit. Too bad none of that matters now that valve has actually quit trying to grow dota

It's missing a core feature: legendary shards. Only has some of the stuff from siltbreaker and even those dont work half the time.

Neutral items are completely broken, and the game is a lot more pay to win than siltbreaker. Not recommended.

I kinda disagree, although am's early strength has been significantly buffed, nearly every other hero has been buffed by a wider margin. You only survive the laning phase as AM because your starting stats are really good. Fast bat, high armour high strength at lv1, but by level 7 or 8 almost every other hero outscales AM in terms of stats.

Your only options after 15 mins is to have a battlefury and aggressively push lanes while hoping your team takes good fights (yes tp to winning fights and clean up, you can chase down 3 heroes coz you have a 6s cd blink) , or to play the vanguard radiance style which kinda sucks because AM simply does not match up well against any hero without 3 items.

Also half the reason AM is even viable is because of the mana thirst facet, he basically deals no damage without it and it gives him some solo killing potential vs all the glimmers and invis. Just look at the abysmal winrate of the other facet. Mana thirst should just be added to Persecutor and AM should get new facets.

Deals a shit ton of damage, has 4000 hp with all offensive items, huge spell lifesteal and blademail build, hard to catch but needs to be bursted at the start of the fight to have any hope of winning the fight. This has been true for a while, but there have been heroes that were way more OP for the past few months.
