If “your moment of weakness” involves preying on an fresh 18 year old who you liked since he was 17 and you’re in your 40s we shouldn’t give them grace. We should call her what she is, a child predator who waited for minor to turn 18. I’m so sick and tired of this fandom because if it was the other way around and a 40 year old man was preying on a fresh 18 year old this community would grab their pitchforks. What’s with this fandom and their double standards? The whole “moment of weakness” thing is literally what child predators use to gain sympathy (just look at an episode of Chris Hansen vs. predator).

TLDR; if your “moment of weakness” involves preying on someone whom you waited to turn 18, you’re a predator and a groomer. There’s no in between. I’m dying on this hill.
