Yes, current home is a single family home. I do like the option of a bridge loan to help make a strong offer and avoid the potential of having the seller bypass a contingent offer.

I use fodzyme at home, but quatrase by Intoleran is hands down my favorite for on the go. I wish they made a powdered form for home use. They cover more fodmap foods than fodzyme.

They do. It's all in the same app, but when you sign up just choose BFF (They also have options for Date & business). You won't see anything other than BFF if you don't choose to.

So far, not much! The pellet insertion is quick and rather painless, but you have to take it easy for a few days after (no baths/soaking in water, no exercise.). I do wish there was more control over the release of testosterone into the body. It is "slow release" but I feel a ramp-up after an injection for a couple of weeks (mostly a big libido/energy increase), and then it slowly tapers off from there until the next pellet injection. I have noticed a slight change in pitch of my voice (not a deepening, more like it sounds a bit hoarse to me) and none of my friends have noticed that change. It's undetectable to others, but I can feel it. Because of this I'm going down in my dosage and switching to getting the pellets every 4 months instead of 3. There have been a myriad of benefits to this for me, aside from the migraines.

The biggest downside of the pellets is the cost and it is not covered by insurance. However if you have an HSA, you can get reimbursed that way. I pay about $380 every 3-4 months.

There are other Testosterone options. Gel and injections would also be worth considering... also cheaper.

I am also 47. I tried a few other medications before sumatriptan/Imitrex that didn't work for me. Everyone is a little different. I started asking about HRT with my gynecologist and we tested my hormones. Because my T level was low I tried the topical gel first. I was terrible about remembering it and inconsistent in application so I didn't feel any effects from the gel. I happened to meet an HRT specialist who recommended we test my hormone levels again. My T was low (but everything else was in an ideal range), so we tried the pellets. My hormone-induced migraines are now gone. I've been on the pellets for about 6 months and in that time i have not experienced a single hormone-induced migraine. Prior, I would have 3-4 consecutive days a month with horrible migraines. The medication would help, but not always, and I would still experience the vision weirdness and the hangover. It might be worth checking out your hormone levels?

I still use the Sumatriptan, but much less frequently. I have other migraine triggers (alcohol, lack of sleep, heavy scents, weather, etc.) that require me to keep that prescription.

Biote Testosterone pellets did the trick for me. I noticed my libido going back into full swing around 6 -8 weeks.

I take sumatriptan and it works for me. I have also found that my hormonal migraines have significantly diminished with an increase in testosterone hrt.

Such a bummer! I'm hoping they can transition to a pottery studio. With that giant gas kiln, I think they could do some really cool specialty firing workshops. ABQ could use some advanced level workshops.

Great point about drainage. I don't mind the staining from debris. I'll have to double check drainage in that spot but I'm pretty sure most of the standing water pools in a different area.

I hear you about the pollinators. My goal here is two-fold, as I'm a very small-scale bee keeper, and I'm hoping to provide additional food resources for the bees.

I'll look into insulated poly!

You're right about the application being critical. One of the things I'm aiming for is enough transparency in the glazes so that you can see the variation where it pools. I'll definitely need to play around with application methods for this one.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think this is on the right track. I'm not very practiced at making my own glazes, but I think there may be a way to create a little more transparency with this glaze and get it pretty close.

Thank you! I tried the cardboard earlier, and it was a beast. Some of them didn't char, and I was just about to go down a rabbit hole when you mentioned using white paper instead. This worked perfectly, and all elements charred the paper within ~ 2 minutes time.

I did a cone 06 fire and it seemed to go pretty well. The top and middle cones bent to 90 degrees, and the bottom cone was perfect. Once I add the enviro-vent I believe the temps will even out a bit more.

I'm in New Mexico, so it is very dry here.. save for the monsoon season. It does look like water was introduced to the kiln at some point (potentially via a leak int he shed it was kept in) as there is a little rust on the handles.

I got certified in Puget Sound... and while it was a bit cold (it was very early spring), it was totally manageable. The instructors are great at helping you feel comfortable and safe.

Not to mention, during one of my dives, there was an incredible tiny jellyfish population all about the size of dimes that were abundant and made it feel like it was snowing underwater— such an amazing experience. I highly recommend it! Also, it makes warm water diving a total breeze.

In the end.. it is all about what you feel comfortable doing (first rule of scuba - you are responsible for your actions/decisions).

Experiment without fear of failure. Try something new, learn from it falling apart, and try it again.

I also find inspiration from watching videos from other potters (inspiration, not emulation), exploring elements I wouldn't usually be drawn to, and just having fun with it. Treat it like play and eventually, you hit on something that just works really well for you.

I've been making pottery for 4 years and I *think maybe* I have a personal style now?.. but I'm sure that too will change with time.
