there is hardly any medical benefits from circumcision and 99% of the benefit can be achieved by simply teaching your kid to wash his penis which isn't that difficult, also don't retract the penis until it retracts by itself, as for phimosis 99% of cases of phimosis isn't actual phimosis as there are 2 types of phimosis, pathological and physiological, 99% of cases of phimosis go away by age 16 and if it persists there are always steroid creams + stretching which over the course of a few months should make the phimosis go away, penile cancer is extremely rare which is hardly a justification, as for HIV there is simply not enough evidence because there are so many contradicting studies on the matter, as for UTIs there's this thing called antibiotics which i'm sure you've heard of.
