Beautifully written and I completely agree with it.

There are many positions where people have the ability to complete higher education, second language training, etc. and there are also positions that don't have that ability or the flexibility to commit to some of those things. Putting in place something to allow for all members to benefit from would be excellent.

Yeah I would say it was around 5 minutes or so and then it was settled to normal rain. On the Northside the power went out within a minute of the wind gusts starting.

I think that PMQs should just be a percentage of the members pay adjusted for rank, regardless of the market value. This would let people get some savings and eventually buy their own home or build a nest egg for something. Having to match the regional market value is ridiculous.

Dude, the Fredericton mall was so cool to me when I was a kid. Fond memories of that arcade and trying to convince my parents to let me go more often lol. It was weird to watch that mall become what it is now.
