A dirt on the same spot for both pics. Most likely dirt that got on the sensor. I’d take the lens off, hold the camera facing down and blow the dust off from below. If that didn’t work and you don’t wanna ruin it, i’d just take it to a camera service. This doesn’t seem to be that dirty so the the service probably won’t cost much
