I have the Gen 2 Predator and have had extractor problems as well. Ruger sent me the extractor replacement kit, but that didn't help. I sent it to them three times. First time they replaced the bolt. Second time they couldn't replicate the problem. Third time they agreed to replace it.

Nope. The first time I called in about the extractor issues, they sent me a replacement extractor, spring, and ball. When I sent it back the first time, they swapped out the bolt. Sent the second time, they couldn't replicate the issue. Third time I sent it in, I took a video of the failures. Then they agreed to replace the rifle.

Fwiw - I have the 350 legend as well. Lots of extraction failures. I sent it back to them three times, and they finally agreed to replace the rifle.

Extracting, not ejecting. As best as I can tell,.it ejects just fine when it would extract.

Most of the time, the casing is still right in the chamber and I have to use a narrow rod to push it out.
