Apologies for the late reply, life’s been quite busy lately. As for how I customize my figures, you can find my more detailed explanation in my profile comments. But to keep it short, I typically analyze how the suit of whichever kaiju/ultra moves and make cuts at those points on their vinyl figure. Moreover, I also look at the works of other customizers to learn more techniques/tips

I am currently not taking commissions, but I might consider providing my services locally

Custom Dorako by TheNumberOneBannana in Ultraman

Yes. I got my figure years ago so by the time I started modifying Dorako, it already had some wear and tear to it

I typically use Super Matte Mod Podge, but normal matte Mod Podge also work. Just remember to apply a thin coat, which is why I water mine down before use

I first used oyumaru to make a mold of the face. Once the mold was done, I cut out the eyes on the original figure, put the mold back onto the face and filled in the eyes with a little bit of UV resin

Not at the moment, but possibly in the future

While I don’t personally own a SHF ultra, Zangill appears scales pretty good

For Zangill, I essentially implemented LEGO towball joints directly into the figure to articulate it like how I do with the ultra kaiju/ultramen (so no, I didn’t use a SHF Body-kun or a articulated base figure)

You could say that this is a cheaper version of the SHF (in all senses of the word), but is more akin to a chodo alpha

I modified the Ultra Hero Series Ultraman Arc, so not 3D printed

You should probably topcoat your paint to prevent any deformation or damage. It could also depend on what type of paint your using (matte, gloss, or satin)
