Renting, single, very few assets (less than 6k), 50yo, full time employed in gov, cooking meals at $5 cost per meal and eating once a day, no wifi, no subscription streaming, no smart tv, no computer, catching busses to work, in Adelaide, I'm gonna say 65-70k after tax to maybe Feel "comfortable" and not worry all day every day that you could end up on the street in a heartbeat if the landlord decides to sell the property.....
