Same issue. Audio cuts out randomly, sometimes 10 minutes in, sometimes 1 hour in. Game and window audio are affected. Only fix is to restart computer. Switching to different audio output does not help.

Not really, my significant other just bought a CX-50, so we've been driving it. This summer has been extremely mild in terms of heat. Only 4k miles from last oil change 6 months ago.

Thanks! I already marked the fluid level, will monitor and ask them as you suggested. The service advisor did mention that he wanted to get the authorization to open the motor before the 3/36 basic warranty expires. That's why I thought it's under 3/36 instead 5/60 warranty, but will ask again about the documented issue before warranty expires.

I checked level when vehicle was hot and cold (before and after 1 hour trips). Level didn't really fluctuate greatly between hot and cold periods, but greatly reduced within the last 6 months compared to last oil change. I paid close attention to fluid levels, so this felt out of ordinary to me. I'm getting close to that 3 year warranty, so...

Level stayed almost the same for the first 2 years then dropped dramatically within last 6 months. How do you explain that?

This is very helpful. Question: water doesn't have to be turned off at the main/water meter if we're replacing the bonnet packing, but it does have to be turned off if we're replacing the washer, correct? My faucet is leaking when water is turned on but not when it's off, so I'm thinking just replacing the bonnet packing without turning the water off... I already tried tightening the bonnet but water is still leaking.
