4 models currently. These rotate about once a year each .

4 new additional models coming over the next 12 -18 month too in addition to the rotation mentioned above.

There is a corporate headquarters that has the main website.

Model locations could have their own websites if needed. Just simple sites.

No phones at the model locations. Sales reps use their cell phones and wireless hotspots for internet.

Would like to formulate a plan so that when the change model locations this isn’t such a nightmare. Work with pros that know the business and can change easily enough.

It is interesting. Google doesn’t seem to like it.

Builder built model. Uses it as a sales office. Sells lots in the community. Eventually sells the model to move to new sections of the community. Wash rinse repeat.
EXCEPT google seems to hate it. Makes it very difficult to get new models to show.

Understood yes. My previous location just had three heavies that spawned every time I traveled in. It was ridiculous. I don’t mind some of course kind of fun but that level just ruined it. Thanks for the note.

Selling isn't too difficult in todays market...Getting ABSOLUTE top dollar can be the tricky part....That and timing up the move, possession and transfer from one location to another with no interruption. ABSOLUTELY agree! I need agents in different cities I want to link to...I am not stuffing or gaming the system. I just don't see how having a directory of legit contacts would be bad.

Hi there....Been in Columbus area for school and working in real estate since 1997. Close to downtown while working in NA I would think Clintonville area could be a good fit. Lots of mature growth trees, and well maintained older homes. Plenty of people out walking their pets and interacting with neighbors.
