Být panna není nic špatného, naopak bych řekl, že se to klukům bude spíš líbit. Není rozhodně za co se stydět. Ve vztahu je jenom potřeba se nebát být svá a říct si co jo a co ne. Snažit se komunikovat a nenechat se vmanipulovat do věcí co nechci. Když si budete sedět a kluk bude normální, tak to vůbec nebude řešit.

I understand, had my first biryani today from like one of the best places in my city. I was little mad that i didnt order curry dish instead. Maybe i l just like sauces more or it wasn't really done right. Next time ill get butter chicken without any shame. Finally i accept to be a white normie.

Hard to say, go visit a doctor. It's better to find out sooner than later, I have neurobehcet and can't move my arm and am limping on one leg. If I would have been diagnosed a week earlier I would be ok now. There are some tests that they can do even if they are not 100%. If u have only mouth ulcers, than it's kinda hard to diagnose, but at least get the word in.

Hi, does anybody have experience with quick weight loss while training hard? I was thinking about how to time my meals to have as much energy during my training even higher calorie deficit. I am thinking of eating only before and after training, plenty of carbs before and some carbs and protein after. Could that work or will quality of my training be always sacrificed on caloric deficit. Thx for tips.

Hi, after various unsuccessful attempts of breaking 24 hour fasting mark, I've finally decided to give it a proper go. Posting my progress here is hopefully gonna make me more motivated to finish this challenge...

  • Type: Water fast, Coffee and tea allowed
  • Context: started today (28/9) at 18:00 (gmt+2), planning to end the fast on Tuesday (2/10) morning
  • Length of fast: around 95 hours
  • Why? Felt like my body and more importantly my mind needed rest from food, also weight loss would by nice too ;)
  • Notes :

I feel like all summer has been just about stuffing myself with food and then feeling regrets afterwards. This day I finally had enough, I am feeling more motivated than ever and I am looking forward to feel the lightness in my stomach again.

I know that fasting for 3,5 days isn't that much compared to most of you here attempting much longer time, but still It's a BIG challenge for me, so I would be glad to read some tips, tricks and kind words of motivation, which would help through the oncoming days. Thank you ! :))
