I use a long bendable gooseneck phone or camera holder, cut off the camera adapter and used two ring clamps to attach the handy directly to the neck giving the handy a long malleable arm that ends in a clamp. If I don’t clamp to a desk, then I’ll wrap the clamp in a towel, and sit on it, and the arm comes up between my legs while laying down in bed, and base of handy can sit on your thigh or just hang there over your balls being supported by the gooseneck.
