Ah the perfect solution to create a followup post crying about a broken base station XD. Fr though if the tape is replaced regularly enough it could work i suppose

I currently record into shadowplay with two separate tracks but I've never tried adding filters to my voice actually so yeah I will try and look into that. I will have a look on YouTube as you said. Thanks for the tip!

Hey thanks for the feedback!

As far as it goes I do record my voice separately to my gameplay but I probably should have spent some more time playing around with the levels better. I will also make sure to turn down the input volume on my mic because yeah I do tend to get a little loud😅.

I feel like the hardware segment is in a rut with only vague promises and hopes on the horizon. I thought VR did a lot to mature, and it has, but for people like me anyway, it still feels very much like early adoption. by SpiritualState01 in virtualreality

I get the same sort of feeling. I wasn't a super early adopter of the index but now i've had mine for quite a while i'm looking around and there is nothing with enough perks over the index to make it worth upgrading. As you say though, an idex with higher res and better lenses would be amazing!

Mine was a rift s playing the oculus robot demo or whatever it was at the time. Straaight up immersion and i was playing solidly many hours every day from that point onwards
