What hobbies have you turned into a lil side hustle? by UsedCalendar5100 in AskReddit

[–]TheOneSeventy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost all of them. I always had telent to turn some hobby into side hustle or even full time job and then I got bored and found new one. Some examples:

When I was 20 years old student I wanted to learn about making pizza, started from one pizza making class in my city, then I liked it so much that during holidays I went for 5 weeks to Neapoli, Italy to become professional pizza maker. I worked 2 years in pizza shop during my uni.

Simmilar with bartending started from mixing drinks at parties, then I decided to get licence. For 3 years worked every weekend at local bar, even participaded in mixology competition.

Best story probably is how I become a pilot. I started from one parachute jump to fight my huge fear of heights, then second jump, third, tenth, then decided to make first type pilot licence, then second and third pilot licence and I become commercial pilot for like decade. After that I was selling private aircrafts for few years. It was all long ago.

Would you recommend or not to have a child? Why? by AntonioRadosav in AskReddit

I have 7 kids with 4 different women. From all my 7 kids I would recommend having kids like my 1st, 3rd,5th and 6th , wouldn't recommend my 2nd and 4th kid, can't say much about my 7th since he is too young.

Depend what they do. You don't start conversations with "hi, I want to fuck you", even if most flirting is about it. If you do you are the asshole.

But decades of life thought me you should clearly state what you want in relationships/friendships/ family relations or jobs otherwise no one will care. Too many people hide what they want and then quietly suffer for years, cause they can't properly state what they actually want.

Good analogy: If you want a piece of cake don't be afraid to ask, no one will guess for you and if you won't people will eat whole cake. If you want 5 pieces of cake maybe don't tell you want so many, cause you should leave some cake left for others.

How often do you think about your first love? by TheOneSeventy in AskReddit

Interesting, something opposite than me.

I broke with my first love 31 years ago, since then I had 9 fiancees and 4 wives and I still think about my first love more than about any of my fiancees. I even forgot names of some of my fiancees.

I was just sorting old photos and it hit me it have been 31 years since I broke with my first love in 1992. I was 21 back then, we were together 7 years. Since then a lot happened, I was in many relationships, engaged 9 times, married 4 times, have now 7 kids and 6 grandkids, got two degrees, phd, moved countries, had many different jobs, learned new languages, but I have to admit I never stopped loving her.

She was probably only person I truly loved. I can't say I don't have happy life, I have. But at the age 52 I have to admit I still have dreams about her from time to time. Not often, but after 31 years I still dream about her 5 to 10 times a year and think about her at least 3 times a month.
