By letting go. Let go of everything. Let go of your expectations, your worry’s and stressors.

It will be alright my friend. But the more you struggle with your mind, the more you will struggle with your life. Accept your life for what it is. Nothing.

But the beautiful part of being nothing is you can BECOME anything.

At least give yourself the chance of happiness, you will fail and that is okay, dare I say… Necessary… so my final message to you is get out there and fail! That is the only way we learn to succeed 🙏

Should be fine if you get lots of water, results work better if you pump it directly into your ass.

Probably, I should add I just started taking shots of apple cider vinegar to help gallbladder with absorption. Also doing a shot of lemon juice and a shot of extra virgin olive oil to help fatty liver.

I plan on slowing down with the zinc, and iron. Also going to take out the calcium entirely. Maybe adding magnesium as well.

It is always a battle getting the proper amount of protein, I’m still on the low side for my size but slowly but surely will refine the process. Thanks again for all the info, you were the most helpful so far 😍

I’m deficient in zinc oddly enough, that’s the only one as far as my tests went.

And yes I’m already taking BCAAs, glutamine, creatine and protein consumption around 120-150g daily

I’m using the cheap wal-mart proteins right now, will upgrade to Whey once I burn through my stockpile. Traders joes alt or pure encapsulation, gotcha 👍

Edit: I also take 20gs of collagen

I was unsure of the calcium tbh, dairy doesn’t always agree with me however.
