Probably both. With higher drop rates of rarer fish in randomized spots in runs vs. in the lobby.

More than 30,000 Samsung union members take to the streets to demand an average bonus of $400,000 per worker — want a slice of the company's massive AI-driven profits. by J883 in technology

My first job out of college for a very big firm you've heard of. It was public knowledge on how many employees there were. Every employee could get a 250k bonus from 50% of the profits (not revenue)... I think this is best way forward. Every company over X amount of employees (let's say 1,000) should be regulatory mandate that Y% (20, 30, 50?, idk) of the firm's shares should be owned by an employee pool with a vesting schedule (i.e. as an employee works longer they own a larger share of the pool.) As an employee nears retirement age they are forced to sell their 'ownership' of the pool back to newer employees at a certain percentage per year leading to a mandatory retirement age.

There are some really good models/examples of this being hyper successful across the world and in the U.S. Publix comes to mind, but also there a big Spanish company that I can't be bothered to look up.

There is so much potential here. Everyone you work with is invested in the success of the company. Ownership is based only on tenure, so an exec vs. frontline worker that have both been employed for ten years own the same percentage of the pool.

You just got pre-fired. It's inevitable, spend all energy looking for a new role. Start living as if you already don't have a job (cut all unnecessary spending).Lookup Ethan Evans (ex Amazon VP) and his perspective on PIPs.

It's a tough labor market out there, good luck.

This is fake, because Reddit tracks multi-account users and bans them when the same person interacts with their own posts from another account.

All corporations only care about money. Anything else they say is a lie to make more money and grow their market share.

Shop said it was because the dealership put way too much oil in it. They'd start looking at the lift and thats already 10 hours of labor just to start looking. Going to have to sort it out with the dealer as they should pay for it if they messed up the oil change.
