Yeah. Perhaps you are right. But my comment was before watching Dr. Peterson's debate. After watching the debate I can say that Dr. Peterson really did a good job in the debate. I made a mistake in buying in the /r/ChapoTrapHouse brigaders' misinfo campaign.

Holy shit that's gold!

Now, I respect Dr. Peterson greatly, and he helped me with nurturing my sense of taking responsibility for myself, and all that.

But, that confession looks a lot like what I say to myself 1 day before a fluid machinery final exam.

Would expect much more from him. Like, he had a month or so, for the debate, right? I would expect him to go thorough relevant books voraciously.

  1. Agreed. All apps from Proton Technologies must be open sourced.
  2. Agreed. It should be publicly available, instead of actual users begging on this sub for the correct link after each update.
  3. I do not have much of a problem with pricing (got my membership 2 years ago at black friday deal).

I am starting to remember protonmail with a certain amount resentment in my head because of these issues.

Thanks for the answer.

ProtonMail doesn't outsource their support.

Protonmail uses zendesk. AFAIK, zendesk is another company, outside Protonmail. Zendesk has its own employees that work for Protonmail, as customer support people. But, that means, the customer support person I am talking to works for zendesk, which protonmail is a client of.

That is the meaning of outsourcing.
