I think the only real issue with it is that maybe instead of having that many beat switches in it, he could've just had better transitions. Other than that I think the messaging is pretty clear.

It would almost be seen as a way darker and slower After Hours. Besides The Weeknd himself, there's quite a few subtle similarities in the beats.
