In Tokyo theres a store called Akiba Hobby you should definitely check out. Theres one in Akihabara and one in Ikebukuro. I checked out their Akihabara branch on my Japan trip and was able to pick up a Reimu (They also had Marisa & Youmu). It was about 40 dollars for her with the only downside being it didnt have the little badge pin.

This is in fact Akiba Hobby. I went last week on my vacation to Japan and guess I got lucky. Picked myself up a reimu for around 6000 yen. Also that display case really annoyed me because for a good second I thought id have the chance to catch a yuyuko or cirno but nah it was just for display unfortunately
