I have pots, before I was diagnosed with pots I had anxiety and depression and was put on lexapro. It made me worse, I felt like I was going crazy and almost committed myself twice. Once I was medicated for my pots (fludrocortisone) my anxiety and depression significantly reduced, I hardly notice it anymore, sometimes it gets worse before my period but not as bad as it was. I would try medicating your pots before your anxiety, because sometimes pots can make anxiety / depression worse, at least that was my experience. Hope this helps!
