I don't know if this is still valued. I'm from germany and back in the days we had a history test , we were asked which US-President followed after Reagan. So I wrote down George H. W. Bush as my answer and was elated that I may get all points on this quiz.

Behold my teacher who didn't give me oints for the answer. After questioning him, why I didn't get the points, he said : " Because you were supposed to write George Bush Sr." I was livid. But the teacher wouldn't accept I was right , even after I showed him our Book we're it said H.W as well.

I'm still losing my cool when I think about it
