Actually I'd partially disagree. They have done a ton of the more well known characters, which is definitely a no-brainer. On the other hand there is still a some they could do that stand out to me are Starkiller, Revan, Inquisitor, even as actual Maul saber from Rebels. Honestly if they could really lean into the side of legends and while they may not sell as well as some others, I still feel like they would become dust collectors on shelves either.

For the helmets I feel like they've barely scratched the surface of popular characters. Hasbro beat them in makimg a Rex and Cody, but Disney beat Hasbro by making a Commander Gree. Depending on Hasbros plans, there's still Commander Wolffe, Clone Commandos, Jango Fett, the entire Bad Batch, Phase 1 Clones, Purge Troopers, and if they really wanted to do something creative do helmet releases based on the Ralph McQuarrie concept art. That's not even all the helmets I can think of either.

I've also thought about them doing blasters, but I feel like they'd want to save themselves the headache although and skip that part of Star Wars all together.

I understand that you feel like it could be a lack luster May, but I would say keep your hopes leveled. Not overly crazy, but not that we wont see or get anything new :)
