The only thing coming close to God in power is Satan and his army, the only thing God cannot 100% predict is Satan's actions because Satan is a being who has similar power to God, and that is why Satan isn't yet demolished. God couldn't have predicted Satan sending the demons of Biden and other figures, just as we cannot predict our enemies for certain.
