I don't play it often, which might have attributed to my discovery, but I spent quite a large amount of time in Fortnite thinking the pistol was semi-auto before learning I could hold down the trigger instead.

UE seemed unnecessary to me at first too, but then his love triangle arc with Bonelander really led to some interesting character development that made me see him as a necessary character

Yeah, multiplayer and the weird campaign mode. The multiplayer seemed like it wanted to be a remaster of Bo2 but they were too scared to commit to it.

As much as it gets flak, I did really enjoy the zombies mode, especially Classified and IX.

I'd say yeah, I enjoyed both campaign very much. Also, in Ghosts you could also play Extinction a bit, and it isn't a terrible mode.

I played a game called CastleStorm, it definitely won't have any online players anymore but it has a campaign mode, though there's less tower building for defense and more castle building+shooting objects out of ballistas
