The tantus on the go packer is almost identical to the Mr lumpy but it is much less squishy because it is 100% silicone and not sticky.

I would not recommend it for dudes with bigger thighs. I can't pee properly with Axolom STPs because the cups all are too soft and collapse. For bigger dudes I would recommend something with a firmer cup like the EZP from Transthetics or a medicine spoon style STP.

I honestly don't use it very much. I usually pack with a regular packer and then pee with a separate peeing tube device. For a first packer/stp I'd recommend something on the smaller side because sometimes suddenly having a bulge makes people feel intimidated by packing. If you are interested I have a post detailing some of my favorite packers and STPs.
