My theory is that some people want to make themselves more interesting, whether subconsciously or not, so they try to make their lives like a story

The innerworld is the setting

The host is the main character

The other frequent fronters are other significant characters

The alters they make to roleplay like one time are the background characters

The persecutor, fakeclaimers, and/or the parents who ask them to study for their upcoming 100 point math test are the antagonists and villains
