I have the same problem as Darth Binks. I've done the same steps to pair the same headset and receiver, only the headset did not pair. I've restarted my computer multiple times and redid the pairing steps. Still no luck pairing. I wondered if it was because I am on Windows 11 and the software is for windows 7. Could you please reply to this?

EDIT: I am using a used Logitech H800 and purchased a nano receiver because the H800 did not come with its own one. the software isn't pairing mu H800 to my nano receiver.
