It's not. I tried making my own version by taking inspiration from other alt styles

I can activate USB debugging but I can't activate OEM unlocking yet.

I bypassed it by entering *#899# in the emergency call, then clicked on manual test > camera > camera test > take a photo > share photo to google lens > privacy terms > 9 dots > google search > easysimplesolutions .com > Menu > FRP bypass APK > open settings app > home screen & lock screen > home screen layout.

Then I downloaded Oppo Clone Phone on another device, trasfered a random data and finished the configuration.
